Harvey is an inventive out of the box thinker with tremendous charisma, knowledge, and ability to infuse that knowledge so people take personal responsibility for their learning and behavior. Harvey assisted Store 24, Inc. to build a state of the art violence prevention program in the early 80’s. The program increased the safety for employees and minimized violent acts from the community in a 24/7 retail store chain which grew from 40 to 110 stores in 5 states.
This 3 year behavioral intervention program in concert with input from other early leaders in violence prevention, became a foundational safety model for the convenience store industry and stake holders in its communities.
